Tavarua, is a heart shaped island in Fiji you can walk around in 30 minutes and employs almost 100 local people from the villages of Nambila and Momi.
Fiji has taken a very hard line where they have completely shut off their country because of COVID-19 which has had a severe negative impact not only on Tavarua as a resort, but of the awesome people that make the place magical. LEEF is committed to giving back in every way they can to their community and will be contributing 100% of profits from the sales of their products and direct donations to the Tavarua Island Resort Staff.
LEEF looks to provide assistance to the ninety full time staff members on Tavarua. The living wages in Fiji is much different than the US. Our goal is to raise enough money to be able to give each of them two hundred and fifty dollars US by the end of November in time for the holidays.
